By registering an account, accessing, or using any Lynomia platform or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

These terms apply to all users including individuals, businesses, and developers using our platforms directly or via API integrations.

Our Services

Lynomia provides a range of software products and technical solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Custom Software Development: Tailored applications and systems built to client specifications.
  • Delivery Management Platform: A SaaS solution for managing delivery operations, drivers, and orders.
  • Shipping & Logistics System: Tools for managing shipping workflows and carrier integrations.
  • OTP Verification Service: One-time password delivery and verification infrastructure for businesses.
  • WhatsApp Automation (WaaBot): Automated messaging solutions built on WhatsApp Business API.
  • Social Media Management: Tools to schedule, manage, and analyze social media activity.
  • QR Code & Link Management: Dynamic QR code generation and URL shortening platform.
  • Other Technical Services: Additional SaaS products and developer tools as released over time.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Account Registration & Responsibilities

To access most of our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
  • Take full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

Lynomia is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account.

Subscription & Payments

Certain services are offered under paid subscription plans. By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a specific service agreement.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 14 days' prior notice.
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or account termination.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any of the following:

  • Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications without consent.
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
  • Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
  • Violating the privacy or rights of third parties.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Using our OTP or messaging services for harassment or phishing.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying our platforms without permission.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, interfaces, designs, and technology on our platforms are the exclusive property of Lynomia LLC, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platforms without prior written permission. Custom software developed for a client becomes the client's property only upon full payment and as specified in the project agreement.

Third-Party Integrations

Some of our services integrate with third-party platforms such as WhatsApp Business API, SMS gateways, payment processors, and shipping carriers. By using these integrations:

  • You agree to comply with the respective third-party terms of service.
  • Lynomia is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
  • Changes to third-party policies may affect the functionality of our integrations.

Service Availability & Limitations

We strive to maintain high availability across all our platforms. However:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime beyond our control.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You violate any of these Terms of Service.
  • Your account is involved in fraudulent or illegal activity.
  • You fail to pay applicable subscription fees.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to the services will cease and your data may be deleted after a grace period.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Lynomia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.
  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from using our platforms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casper, Wyoming.
